Guards, give Ahmis passage to the port, and a ship of his choosing." Panel 2 Ahmis stands with a cane, addressing the others. FILIA: "And so it goes. You are formally given quarter. Will you not now ease Mard’s pains?" AHMIS: "Of course. I wish no harm to him." Panel 3 Ahmis reflects, gesturing as he speaks. Ahmis: "I am not the wayward maker you believe me to be. Erred though my ways might be, I am not yet errant!" Panel 4 Ahmis continues, now more contemplative. Ahmis: "I have the benefit of a kind, green-born Prahsitt teaching me. Panel 7 Ahmis prepares to depart, addressing the group with a respectful gesture. Ahmis: "Guardian, Collegium, Maker Prime: I take my leave with all good will. May your spirits illuminate the universe." Panel 8 Ahmis turns to leave but stops to deliver a final, significant statement. Ahmis: "But I beg of you before I go: look, look, look to Vinnshasha."
