She ran her first club event today - the Toledo Roadrunners Cookie Crumble 5 miler. We brought some snickerdoodles to share. #MilesWithMira

Learning requires the humility to admit what you don't know today. Unlearning requires the integrity to admit that you were wrong yesterday.

Learning is how you evolve. Unlearning is how you keep up as the world evolves.

Why worry about socks that match? 🤣

With all of the technology we have today, why do announcements on a plane still sound awful? 🙄

PS: Love when I run into former #bgsumba students! Ran into Katherine E who is now a VP of IT for an international nonprofit, on her way to Nashville.

Not to be too much of a homer, but seems the hometown team is already getting favorable treatment. That was a clear recovery - not question. And nice push off to get open for the TD. Going to be interesting. 🙄

Sunday morning at St Asphalt and 7 lovely, chilly #MilesWithMira. We followed it up with a one mile walk with the other pup. Time for some playoff football - specifically #GoPackGo! #HRFitCrew

Snowy Saturday #MilesWithMira. We haven’t been able to run together for a bit so she was super excited. E then took Tressel for her mile walk. Oh, and then so had to shovel off the two or so inches that fell overnight. #HRFitCrew

Tuesday bridge to bridge “runch” in downtown Toledo. The windchill was about 16 F so not too bad. Of course.chit’s a bit worse as you go over the bridges. #HRFitCrew

I think today’s 4 treadmill miles were harder than yesterday’s 4 donuts over 4 miles in 15 degree windchill. 🙄 #HRFitCrew

Survived today’s “Crazy 8 Donut Dash.” Four donuts and four miles, in 15 degree windchill. Of course, they had some extra donuts at the finish so why not? Now for some hot coffee. Have a great Sunday!

Tell me again why I do this to myself? #DonutDash2025. The four donuts over those four miles better be worth it. 😂

Fun “runch” around downtown Toledo. Amazing work the Toledo Metroparks are doing. And fun to see a bunch of people enjoying ice skating on the “ribbon” at Glass City Metropark. And if you haven’t been to the National Museum of the Great Lakes, I’d recommend you add it to your list! #HRFitCrew
