We are thrilled to be invited to a Ramadan Iftar Dinner by the Dialogue Institute and Raindrop Turkish House. Iftar is the name of the meal eaten by Muslims at sunset to break their fast during Ramadan. Please register at the link in the comments or on our website under Calendar.

This is a free 2-hour training that would be beneficial for any caring adult who interacts with children regularly (it is primarily for elementary ages). Youth service workers, parents/guardians, teachers, daycare workers, etc. will benefit from this training.

We hear from ACLU Oklahoma and several faith leaders, including an update from a pastor returned from Minneapolis, on how the new enforcement of immigration policies has impacted our brothers and sisters - and how communities can live out their faith during this crucial time.

On Thursday, February 12, the Oklahoma Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty asks the public to join them at the Kendrick Simpson “Don’t Kill for Me” Vigil during his scheduled execution that morning at 10am.

The vigil will begin at 9am in front of the Governor’s Mansion.
