It lets them justify continuing to do nothing when things get worse. They do not want to risk their comfort for the people they pretend to care about and now they have an excuse to turn a blind eye to the horrors around them and justify every inaction with an ‘well we told you to vote’

Because it’s easier to blame leftists or leftist ‘influence’ to explain why they lost entire demographics to Trump in this election, rather than explicitly just blame people of color or immigrants (even tho a lot of them are quite vocal about them ‘getting what they deserve)

Instead of any introspection of their own party line or the system itself, the knee jerk reaction of Dems is to blame a vaguely group with no political power, while they explicitly catered to right policies

The reason why Dems and liberals are doing this is two reasons;

Nothing proves liberals to be fascist-adjacent more than immediately blaming the ‘left’ for all their problems

We need to squad up sometime homie
