We add achievements to our Steam demo for SpreadCheat and designed the achievements so we get good funnel stats - without having to implement a tracker or ask the players for consent!
I knew we had found the right PR partner when they suggested making the press release as a spreadsheet!

Creating a cozy game has been such a fun challenge. It has made me rethink a lot of what Iβve learned about game development, especially how to make things enjoyable and rewarding without relying on difficulty. But without a doubt, my favorite part is the audience. Love the positivity and kindness!
