Intersting, I've been seeing Riccia crystallina in pavement cracks in Cornwall in recent years. Perhaps I better have a closer look and check that some populations are not R. cavernisa

Here is a young plant of Wild Celery
(Apium graveolens) growing on the path edge, River side walk, #Truro. A reventment with more plants is on the opposite side of the footpath. Tidal Truro River beside Tesco carpark.

Second day of BBS Spring Field Meeting. Spring Wood, Kettlewell, was a rich site with some lovely plants including the limestone crevice specialists Pedinophyllum interruptum, Orthothecium intricatum, and Mnium marginatum.
