That's it, and you'll probably see just how much you can actually control. There's a thing my therapist said to me once and it really stuck with me "Take away that which serves you and leave behind that which doesn't". Something that helps me when things get a bit much

Not melodramatic at all Lizzy, it's a terrible place sometimes. Sometimes it gets to you which is why it's important to try and enjoy the little things no matter how trivial they might seem.
