They're in Eddie's room. Somewhere between the couch and here Steve lost his clothes. Eddie still has his boxers, but he doesn't remember where he tossed his shirt or shucked his jeans. The only thing on his mind is, Steve, Steve, Steve. Steve's skin is as soft as Eddie imagined. He runs his hands along his shoulders and down his chest, yanking softly on the thick chest hair. Steve bites Edie bottom lip as he groans. “I showed you mine.” Steve mumbles, gripping the waistband of Eddie's underwear and shoving him against his bedroom door.

The drive back to Hawkins seems to take forever as they sit in unbearable silence. Heavy and smothering, it suffocates like a too thick blanket on a hot night. But he refuses to break it. Steve doesn't either. He curls into himself, shrinking a little in his seat. Good. Eddie thinks. Maybe now he'll behave. Eventually, Eddie reaches the trailer he bought next to Wayne’s and turns off the engine. They sit still for a few minutes before Steve finally clears his throat. “Eddie?” He mumbles. “Get inside.” Eddie demands, throwing the driver's door open and stomping to the front door. Unlocking it, he turns to see Steve hasn't moved. “Now!” He shouts. Flinching in surprise, Steve quickly exits the van and hustles into the trailer. He toes off his shoes, like the polite boy Eddie knows he is, and tucks them against the wall. “Sit on the couch.” Eddie growls. He works hard to keep the grin off his face when Steve rushes to comply. He takes his time hanging his vest on the peg near the door and shoving his boots to the side. Lets Steve sweat just a little more. Feeling eyes on him, Eddie grabs them each a bottle of water. Steve is tucked into the arm of the sofa, leaving the entire length of the couch for Eddie. He sits right next to the other man and presses their thighs together. Steve shivers as the denim brushes his bare skin. “Drink.” He says. Together they sip the water until both bottles lay empty on the coffee table. “Are you mad?” Steve whispers, not nearly as penitent as Eddie thinks he should be. “Were you really going to go home with some stranger and ask him to sound you?” Eddie retaliates. “I mean… I’ve always wanted to try it.” Eddie bites the inside of his cheek so hard he tastes copper. “Then yeah, I’m pissed.” He growls.

Seething, Eddie releases Steve's hair, keeping a hold on his neck. He's trying to keep calm, really he is; but Steve almost got himself hurt again. In a way that could definitely to serious damage. Without a single word, he drags the brat out of the club and to his van. He opens the passenger door, shoves Steve inside, and runs to the driver's side. Only once the club is fading in his rearview does Steve speak. “You called me your baby.” Steve teases. Eddie can hear the smug little smile on his face.

Last chapter of Lucky Me is going to be posted tomorrow (hopefully). I got like a half hr of sleep last night so I didn't get it done. 😴😴😴
