I use Midnight Commander under Linux. It’s got all the nostalgia of using Norton Commander but is actually useful on my Linux Mint PC.

Surely it’s a sound IP44?… 😂

After spending lots of time pressing buttons and looking through settings of the FT-817 it turned something less complicated.

I think they are worth the investment. I’ve made lots of patch cables and conversions to my shack bits and the crimp tool was invaluable.

I think you can get away with a pair of pliers with lucar spade connectors in a pinch but you can’t bodge a high current power pole. IMHO

Seems to be a fair few of unusual names, maybe just newly set up accounts that are connecting?

I’ve assumed it’s new to platform users finding their feet.
It’s what I’ve done, looked for the followers I had on Twitter and looked to follow new similar accounts.
