I think both are definitely better adapted as tv shows, than movies. Shows give more time to flesh out the world and character dynamics.

Movies have such a time crunch that it can be super tricky to navigate an effective presentation.

It’s a sand thing for me. Textural. Also more of a cold weather vacation type of guy, and beaches are usually pitched as a summer/hot weather destination.

I’d say video games. Most anime live actions aren’t good…whereas the recent spike of solid video game adaptations have edged them past that of anime in totality.
