Compare the success of my twitch channel where the actual work happens (33 followers, nowhere near reaching affiliate yet) to the success that my vods have on youtube (543 subscribers)

I stream on Twitch and then upload the Vod to Youtube relatively unedited. I only edit out long breaks or such things, and if I notice loud crackling noises when already editing. It is going relatively well. You can promote your videos very easily on youtube for cheap to spread your audience.
