The last i felt this way was when my dad passed away.

Truth is... I am not ok. Coming out from a depressive episode that threw all my trainings and work cadence off and now this.

I am not ok.

My son yesterday captured a photo of me sleeping on the floor. With my hand on my stomach.

When I saw the pic, I knew how I looked like when I pass away.

I don’t look good.

Some goodbye are harder than others. Sushi left us yesterday night. She was with us for 46 days. The fattest, most docile, gentle kitten.

I am devastated. Both Kimchi and Mochi woke up looking for him.

I feel a lot of pain.

And I thought I be ok.

Brighter days when you are finally functioning.

Not just going though the motion.

2 months ago i was at my lowest. It was a dark place.

Took a lot of courage to be where I am now.

here is one to everyone that is undergoing their own challenges.

There is no comparison on what we go through.

It's ok not to be ok.
