It’s not easy to face these renewed attempts at exclusion — but I’m not discouraged and look forward to #INFORMS2025 with optimism and resolve. Research misconduct and “exception policies” to avoid scrutiny must stop. ✨🌿

My letters (Aug 15, Aug 19, Sept 15 2025) reminded INFORMS that only the Board, by a two-thirds vote, can impose sanctions — and only after written charges, full evidence, and a fair hearing (audi alteram partem). That’s how integrity works. 📚

Ignoring bylaws leads to invalid bans, reputational harm, and injuries—but worse, it destroys science. @aomconnect.bsky.social, @dgps.bsky.social , @apajournals.bsky.social, and @siopofficial.bsky.social tried to exclusion using arrests (APA, SIOP, DGPs) and violence (AOM, DGPs) - collapsed.

After what happened in Copenhagen, Duisburg, Denver, and Salzburg, I’ve now written to the Executive Director, President, and Board of @informs.bsky.social — asking them to stop using a Code of Conduct as a tool for exclusion and to finally follow the INFORMS Bylaws. ⚖️

✅ Denver update:
The false trespassing case (25GS003236) from the @siopofficial.bsky.social convention is now officially closed — and the area restriction from the @apajournals.bsky.social convention cancelled as of Oct 22. ⚖️
Grateful this long ordeal is finally over. 🙏🌿

well Blechert wrote that he tried to find a compromise... there is no half lawfully present or something like that. Also police did not intervene. The whole thing was unlawful from the start...

When I tried to report the misconduct, I was arrested 2x at a German psychology conference ( @dgps.bsky.social ) after false info was given to the police in NRW (where my ex-wife works). This investigation has luckily recently been dismissed (meaning wrongful detention!).

In contrast, I immediately faced a criminal case when I stopped paying support after the €100,000 “gift” claim — when I was:
❌ denied all contact with my children,
❌ pressured to keep doing scientific work for my ex-wife,
❌ children were told my father + ex-wife were “their parents.”

I reported that she, to my knowledge, held bank accounts under her birth name (Ippolito) in 🇮🇹 Italy and 🇦🇹 Austria.
Again: nothing happened. Authorities ignored it.

There is more: During our divorce — while already in a relationship with my father(!) — she suddenly claimed a €100,000 gift.
⚠️ No evidence.
⚠️ Court still believed her.

Belgian police opened a file and recognized me as the victim. But the prosecutor closed it, saying: Germany is competent.

I had to pay over 15,000 euros despite:
(a) I barely earn anymore and hardly survive financially
(b) My daughter lived with me for parts of that time.
Still, money was taken.

What she did has another dimension…
Most recently, she misused the state-owned Youth Service of Aachen to secure child support payments.

Like police, my ex-wife is a civil servant (Beamter) @rwth.bsky.social but rules seem different for her.

The key problems are not minor slips — they cut to the credibility of the research.
Retractions❌❌ are the only way forward. Journals & universities must act if academic integrity is to mean anything.
