I just launched my own app and setting the price was really confusing. Ended up with a really low $1.99 a month to get initial users, but people have told me this is a mistake.

Yesterday I launched my MVP for Cora. It took a couple of months but we got there (in hindsight, should've timeboxed it). Now, time to find the first 100 users!

I recently went back to my university, and as I passed through the library I saw that every single screen, without exception, had ChatGPT open. For many, LLMs have _already_ replaced traditional search. And that’s only their most basic use case.

Yeah. The whole point is iterating, testing the market. What you end up with is never what you start with.
