I'm more convinced every day that I don't make my decisions based on logic but on emotion. What I choose to do is founded on invisible intuition pumps churning away somewhere in my subconscious that I have no access to except in the way they make me feel.

Really enjoyed this episode on the importance of great teaching in education.
