I would like to thank my wife and my family for their unwavering love and support. I am especially grateful to my advisor, @carltonfong.bsky.social, and the faculty within the @pss-txst.bsky.social & the College of Education for their guidance, encouragement, and belief in my work.

After ten incredible years as a staff member—and earning both my bachelor’s and Ph.D. degrees—at @txst.edu, I am truly appreciative of the experiences and relationships that have enriched both my personal and professional growth. No matter where my career takes me, I will always be a proud Bobcat.

I’m excited to share that, starting January 2026, I will join Texas A&M Corpus Christi a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Higher Education Administration! Looking forward to this new chapter and the opportunity to contribute to student success and scholarship.
