I got all jacked up on a home-made chai oat latte while my wife was out having a Girl’s Night and I foolishly decided to one-hand a tattoo on myself in a hard to reach spot. The forward facing camera did me dirty with the photo.

5 days ago, a friend made me take their extra ticket and go see Deftones & System of a Down in Toronto. The purpose was to get my mind off of the bullshit in my life. It actually worked a bit.

It’s been a rough 24 hours dealing with renal colic. Spent the evening into the early morning in pain and throwing up. Damn near turned my stomach inside out. Fortunately, I have already booked a doctor appointment for Monday.

I have begun the decreasing of my anti-depressants.

I finished reading Stephen King’s “Never Flinch” at like 3am this morning. Tonight, I am finally getting around to reading Truman Capote’s “In Cold Blood”.

Guess ol’ Hogan was the third of this set. I’ll take it.

Hogan was a snitch. He liked to use a hard R with a certain word. He was a Trumpanzee. I wish Iron Sheik had outlived him. Hogan was only a hero to people that think “reading is gay”.

I have a great friend who is 70 years old. She bought a copy of my book and finally finished it (cataracts made it difficult) and she gave me the most glowing review of it!

That officially makes me an author now.

I’m thinking it’s time I get off of my anti-depressants and see if I have healed enough to handle my anxiety.
