I put on high top hiking boots and did yard work. Since I’ve been inactive for 6 weeks my energy is a bit lacking.

Self monitoring with the boot. She wants me to still wear it when I go outside, for about a week.
She asked that I avoid the 10 kilometer walks for just a bit longer. “Please don’t take off the boot and hit the ground running.”

Just had the check up.
X-rays show Healing nicely.
I can ditch the crutches.
Still have to wear the boot, though I don’t need one sleep in it.
Physical therapy is optional, so I opted out.

So the thief is either rich or dead. You won’t know until you open it.

Not that it’s needed, and it really isn’t imo, but do we know, or need to know, where the human Dorthy is?

Yay for managing broken bits! Mine’s healing nicely, though I’m going stir crazy with my leg propped up.

It’s a small break, that’s why no cast.
It’s enough to keep me immobile for a bit.

Ankle official assessment:
No cast or splint needed.
Stay in the boot. Sleep in the boot.
Ellevate.
New X-rays in three weeks.

I’m on crutches. I rolled my ankle and caused a minor break in my fibula (non supporting bone). So I may be on a scooter at NorWesCon. Blah.
