My gf in WVirginia called me utterly distraught. Her 14 yo son b/home lots of new paperwork/rules from school. He’s on the spectrum, is losing his EA & now he’s in full meltdown, refusing to leave his room, out of fear he’ll be taken away.
The intentional cruelty of this admin is breathtaking.

There was no "pandemic exit" as covid is still infecting and disabling people, and triggering diabetes, heart attacks, etc.

And covid has been known to interfere with our immune systems, so extra and bigger waves of influenza is not a surprise.

We need to seriously control these airborne diseases.
