I also feel the same way after understanding Japanese a little too :D . Some vocasongs I first heard as a kid: アストロノーツ (椎名もた), Hello, Worker (KEI), Calc. (ジミーサムP); became so eye-opening years later

This is one guitar demo I did. I think I'll share some other Leoni/Vocaloid riffs another time when I feel like it...

(I know Ichika plays rhythm guitar and lead but we can let this slide, right?)

I never posted it here yet, but I had worked on building Ichika Hoshino's telecaster from Project Sekai. :D

It really is nice to finally have all my spare guitar parts finally be put to use to make this, and it turned out really nice. And I couldn't have been happier with the result 🎸

I forgot to mention this before, but the ending of the song is the same chord progression with a key change. The lead guitar should be the same, one semitone up. @_@

The lyrics here is some of the best keeno has ever written, the choice of the guitar tone and piano is remnicent of his other songs while sounding much more "modern" and clear.

That new keeno song is one of the best written Vocasongs (kind of) I've ever heard

I couldn't think of a better artist to end the N25 arc. keeno's post-rock sound has been some of the best things he's brought to Vocaloid music. I hope the VS version brings his iconic Miku Dark instead of Meiko ☺️

The instrumentation is almost done but the drums are such a pain in the ass lol. I haven't got Hatsune Miku in yet but hopefully it can be finished soon. \(＾▽＾)/

Yeah I've noticed that as well which I'm glad is happening. In retrospect tbh, Ena5 seemed more as a stepping stone to get the cast to open up to her than Mizuki bringing it up herself. I'm optimistic though (^з^)-☆

But I also do believe that sega/colopale just don't want to confirm her bc a controversial statement like that is gonna get them some flack (generic company decision); but maybe it could happen one day

She's definitely MtF given all of her stories and subtext. I've seen disscussions saying her story is to just accept/support someone without any labels, which is why why it's left open ended
