Team Eclectic Anthologists just released their own texture replacement patch for Touhou 20 which replaces most AI textures.

You can install it using thcrap by going to "All Patches". It comes with some english assets so you should use the english patch as well, and have the list ordered like this.

"Gets brainwashed of that thing" meme except the purple orb in the first panel has been replaced by Marisa Kirisame's portrait from Touhou Kikeijuu ~ Wily Beast and Weakest Creature (the text "Discovered something in hoping it could save lives" remains unchanged). The second panel has the orb replaced with Marisa's sigil from Touhou Hisoutensoku, while the head of the brainwashed individual has been replaced by the head of Marisa's portrait from Touhou Kanjuden ~ Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom (the text "Gets brainwashed of that thing" also remains unchanged).
