A 20 hour coding bender has the site in good shape for the switch to NPI from Pairwise. Other updates too. Still some work to do to pin down all the quirks of the formula, but the whole thing is wonky at the moment anyway due to sample size, so don't pay much attention.

I may not love the changes in college sports, but on the ice, college hockey has been damn entertaining already this year, that's for sure.

A protest rally doesn't really work unless people stay out for days and weeks. Although then, if history is a guide, you're subject to tanks rolling over you... At least no one stormed the Capitol, wiped feces on the wall, and beat up cops or tried to kill politicians.

Lindenwood another team, like LIU, with 1st yr head coach, whose teams were essentially gutted, putting things back in short order this summer. Speaks to those coaches, and the way you can do things in the new landscape, in a good way.

Currently watching 6 hockey games, 1 baseball game, and converting the site to compile/display NPI in a zillion places instead of Pairwise. Life.

I'm down to 25mg a day, because I now have other meds that do a better job overall. They started me at 100mg, and I thought I was dying.

My manager for the 2nd part of the week. Like Charlie Hayes, I have a lot in common with Howard Johnson. We both made the 30/30 club in 1987. He had 30 home runs and 30 steals. I stole 30 beers and ran home 30 times.
