Yeah that’s possible. Might also be that the valuation was made before they increased the capacity from 2mw to 20mw

Cost estimates to build a new data center are $7M to $11M per megawatt. This building has 21 megawatts of capacity and could be expanded to 40.

It's because it has a data center inside. There's a huge demand for data centers.

What seems shady about it?

There's a great bike route from Dublin to Howth I took last fall.

Howth is a fun little fishing village and you can do some nearby hikes.

People didn't want to buy and sell houses in January. It was the slowest month for sales since December 2007.

Minnesota Realtors suggests non-market factors are at play. I think we all know what happened here, even if they won't say it.

Probably true. And also, there's less bad behavior on the streets when it's cold.

But I still don't think the ICE surge changed peoples' perceptions about the safety of Mpls much. I could be wrong.

Maybe I am overly optimistic, but I agree with Evan. I think a lot of suburbanites have gotten over the fear mongering about Mpls and I don't think the ICE surge changed that.

Doesn't seem to be hurting Target Center attendance.

Wonder how many applicants they would get considering the number of openings in local PDs.

Great for bringing some life to Target Field. Probably not great for nearby bars.

Mpls Park Board meetings, for at least the last 15 years, have frequently gone off the rails, no matter the political leanings of the members or various issues before the board.

Anyone have guesses as to why? I've wondered if it's the combo of evening meetings + open forums.

Smart way to address the long-term guard shortage issue.

Would be great if he could snag another rotational guard in the draft this summer.

I am wondering if part of the reason for what seems like an overpay is that Rob is negative asset.

Ayo seems like a NAW type. I gotta read more on him, but that would be a big upgrade.

It would be dependent upon them believing Joan is ready to be the starting center and could be 80% of the defensive player Rudy is

03.02.2026 22:19 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

I guess the other possibility is trading Rudy before his contract is up and maybe getting back a first, depending on what they take back.

Rob was whiff. But otherwise, TSJ and Beringer were his only other first round picks here, right? And Clark in the 2nd was very good.

03.02.2026 22:06 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

They do still have first-round picks in 26 and 28. I wouldn't bet against Connelly finding good players late in the first round. He's done it plenty.

03.02.2026 21:53 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

The optimistic case is that Beringer becomes really good and at least one of Clark, Shannon or Rob become a legit rotational player on a championship-caliber team.

Then you use the money saved on Rudy and/or Randle on a star.

But overall agree that it will be hard to take the next step.

If they trade for Giannis and he tears his Achilles in April, the whole thing is over. You might as well just trade away Ant at that point.

03.02.2026 21:33 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

What's more likely: Giannis+Ant+scrubs win a title in '26 or '27, or the Wolves current core wins one in the next 6-7 years.

I will take the latter. More cracks at a down year or injuries for OKC.

This story doesn't say whp prosectors are here, but this office is working on both the Vance Boelter case and the fraud cases.
