Democrats are focused on demanding the extension of ACA tax credits AND calling out unlawful actions.

We can do both things at once.

You don’t just shoot up the enemy if they’re defenseless and not capable of doing anything.

We need a full investigation for war crimes.

Release the boat strike video.

Grocery, electricity, and healthcare costs are all increasing.

What is the Trump Administration focused on? Boat strikes in Venezuela that may not even be heading for the U.S. and are not clearly legal.

Their priorities are all completely messed up.

Hegseth lied after leaking classified information on Signal. He also lied after the second boat strike.

He is unfit to serve. Hegseth must resign.

The President needs authorization from Congress to engage in these warlike actions. This is either a violation of the law of war or it’s murder.

Trump is not prioritizing what Americans want.

Survivors clinging to debris. No radios. No means of locomotion.

The Administration knows they did something wrong. This issue isn’t going away.

Let’s be very, very clear: Striking shipwrecked survivors is a war crime. Straight up.

We need the Department of Justice to open an investigation. If they don’t, a future Administration will.

Hegseth must resign.

If Trump and Republicans want to do nothing to protect kids, then states are going to do it.

We need federal standards to regulate AI.

Video evidence appears to have now confirmed a war crime was committed.

The Department of Justice must open an investigation and Secretary Hegseth must resign.

We have an affordability crisis.

Plus, millions of Americans are either going to lose health insurance or pay a lot more for their premiums.

What are Republicans doing? They want make their Great Gatsby ballroom even bigger.

Survivors of human trafficking deserve justice and compassion, not criminalization.

Pleased that the House passed our bipartisan legislation to provide much-needed relief to trafficking survivors.

It’s really funny that Republicans are trying to make this argument.

A message for the members of the U.S. military: thank you for your service.

Those of us who served know that part of the code of conduct is to not lie and accept responsibility. Unfortunately, Secretary Hegseth engaged in dishonorable conduct.

Shame on Hegseth. He must resign.

Killing shipwrecked survivors is a war crime.

There must be an investigation and accountability, including for Secretary Hegseth who lied.

Bipartisan Legislation Targets Rising Threat of AI-Powered Impersonation and Fraud - Decrypt The bipartisan bill seeks to combat rising AI fraud threat with harsh penalties for wire fraud, money laundering, impersonation.

AI has made it easier for scammers to take advantage of people.

We need to implement sensible guardrails on the ways AI can be used to cause harm. That’s why we introduced the bipartisan AI Fraud Deterrence Act to combat fraud committed with AI.

On top of using violent rhetoric that has led to increased death threats, the Trump Administration is now trying to use the FBI to try to intimidate and harass members of Congress.

We must stand with these brave members – they will not be intimidated.
