I already did a big spiel about this back on the bird site as someone who does sex worker outreach, but I feel the take on hard/taboo kinks in fiction really needs to be repeated loudly at pay processors that there is a difference between fiction and reality.

If I was an amazing painter. And I painted a fictional photorealistic child, I'd consider that just as ethically sound as lolisho cartoony drawings.

The exception would be that id definitely agree that the law would consider them the same .

See if I was okay with AI art in general (which I'm not... It pisses me off) id still argue that if they're a fictional person not a particular real person and no actual CSAM was sourced for the generation somehow (extremely unlikely since training data) , that its fictional and thus victimless

Pretty close to what I meant, but I meant more generally that moral/ethical determination doesn't always agree with the law, and in this case, given how anti-youth-rights US laws are, I wouldn't trust law to be a good moral compass on this subject.

Especially when arranged child marriage is legal..
