It's International Day of Women and Girls in Science!
Women account for only 35% of STEM graduates despite more women enrolling in higher education than men (UNESCO 2025).
There's progress to be made, but take the time to recognise some amazing women who have contributed to science over the years.

Vaccination uptake in the USA has been dropping since 2019, with some areas reporting uptake rates of less than 80% for MMR.
Coincidentally, the USA is also seeing its highest number of measles cases since 1992 after 20 yrs of measle free status. 92% of cases have been unvaccinated/unknown status.
