Today we have Chimay Gold from the Trappist monks of Scormont Abbey. I am a fan of Trappist beers but I wouldn't usually pick blonde beers for myself!

It did warn me on the can to pour slowly to avoid sediment... I clearly didn't pour slow enough 😂 A little brewing sediment doesn't bother me though

My local pub put together a tailored beer advent calendar for me! Very excited to see what I get 😁🍻

Today's is a delicious Apple lambic! Wonderfully bright, sweet, and a little tart. Very nice 👌

I should try and dig all of his out at some point and see exactly what he has... legitimately has multiple garbage bags full of them 😅

Toby has tons of really old plushies and I love them all 😭 I wish we had the space to display them all somewhere but sadly they're mostly packed away on the attic.... He has like a huge collection of beanie babies and stuff too
