In case anyone is struggling with what happened last week, like I am, I’ve written ten ways we can take care of ourselves.

#1. Exercise. At a time like this when we can’t help but let our thoughts get carried away with themselves, we have to do what we can to get out of our own heads.

Serious questions for my friends who are partners at these firms:

- would you now take on a matter (paid or pro bono) that required you to be adverse to Trump?

- if Trump now demands you take a matter for him that was blatantly unconstitutional (say, defending no-process renditions), would you?
