It’s going fairly well so far. Luckily I have nursing care and a physical therapist coming to the house once a week or so. Unfortunately, I got one of the dreaded hospital acquired bacterial infections, but it’s getting better; not C-diff or MRSA, thank goodness.

They’d eat him alive.

Patches cat is being fostered right now because I had major spine surgery ( my fifth, this one the biggest). When my nephew’s godmother finishes the addition to her house, Patches will go live there permanently. It’s the best solution for her and for me.
