ok , but every race this year apart from the Tour has had ad-free stream - now it seems the Vuelta will be the same.

Rob , The Discovery/TNT programme guide is not showing that we have an ad-free stream for the Vuelta - is this a mistake or are we going to get a repeat of what happened for the Tour

on this subject alone seems really petty by the teams so i assumed there was somehting else going on in the background

yeah , and with the met office you have forecast saying something completely different from the interactive map forecast thats located at foot of the page with respect to cloud cover -been like that all day

its been a good race but ruined by TNTs coverage. Subscribers have been conned by the removal of the ad-free stream. Its a total disgrace and nothing has been mentioned about this by anyone on the programme. also the breakaway is terrible and the mutlscreen thing is a worthless gimmick

they may mention that the increase severity may be caused by your brain being more aware of it now( cant remember the medical term for it ) - which is why they promote CBT etc to help unlock some of that.

sorry to hear it got worse. i saw ENT consultant x2 who were more keen on CBT & aides to mask the severity of the tinnitus ( which is fine ) rather than dealing with the root cause in my case which pissed me off a bit. hopefully you get see someone soon

long covid has also been mentioned as possible contributor - but i think that gets mentioned when they run out of causes for everything. keep us updated ... hope it gets sorted asap

ooof .... yeah wax clearance was my first port of call but didnt help. with me one of the MRI highlighted a cervical spine problem which could be contributing to it. after being passed around NHS depts i ended up seeing private specialist physio regularly which has helped a lot.

yeah its horrible - i suddenly got pulsing tinnitus 2 years ago. 3 MRIs and lumbar puncture later they still couldnt get to the bottom of it - still got it but has improved from its peak. good youre getting seen next week mate ... although mine isnt they are often ear issues

is it constant or pulsing ... or both

spot on about the coquard, dont think he should have even got yellow. Not keen on riders remonstrating at him either. appreciate lots of pressure/stress in the heat of the moment but still unsavoury

on a daily basis how do we know what the 'sprint zone' is . i thought from the regulations book its 3km but can be altered by the race officials to suit race conditions etc

yeah i saw he was on a back on a bike but the last i heard from Jayco is that they would be carrying an investigation to see what was causing it - hope he will be ok. Jayco will want be 100% sure though as he is not cheap

does feel like their are bigger corporate names coming into the sport over the last year or so and more promised - maybe they now see cycling as a decent marketing return for a relatively small outlay by their standards

they had huge amount of the riders who contract expired this season which left themselves open to this problem a bit. getting rid of their of performance director might also effect some riders decision to stay - weird situation at present. also questionmark about bling

yeah not good at all but is the adverse market reaction being overplayed by some when you look in context of the longer term - not disputing their has been a reaction though to some degree

CX is proving to be a good feeder of new talent too

not a fan of ratcliffe particularly but hope he keeps an interest. If ineos go then we wont have a UK registered team at WT , Pro or conti level. What with that & the domestic racing scene on its knees its amazing that there is a conveyor belt of good young british riders coming through to WT teams
