FYI: YouTube is now auto adding ads to our entire catalogue of videos. They put a bunch in then show YOU how many they think you can stand before leaving the site. It’s all based on your viewing habits. If you train it to show you less, supposedly it will.

I really hate the line in the 3rd xmen movie "In chess you let the pawns go first." No you don't. In no style of chess is it advisable to exclusively use your pawns in the opening portion of the game. If you do you'll be out maneuvered and spend the midgame playing catch up. Magneto is bad at chess.

Hey I've seen some people asking why I'm changing thumbnails so much on new videos. Weirdly, I'm not. It's a new youtube feature. We get to test three thumbnails against each other to see which does the best before YouTube automatically sets the one it finds to perform above the others.

I wish we could make playlists for our favorite chapters of books.

Advice for anyone making youtube vids: make playlists and keep them organize. I waited wayyy to long to try and organize all my content and it has been a pain in my ass ever since. Get a system down early & future you as well as your viewers will appreciate it. LOTS of people use playlists.
