If you live in Seattle area & don't vote, I judge you. It is so convenient to vote here, they mail the ballots to you and you can research the stances on what's going on and candidates right at home...the only way the country will even start to reflect the things you want is to start locally.

honestly this list of Seattle travel tips is great!!! I have a couple more:
1) yes, there are a lot of unhoused people here. I know it's rough to see but please don't be weird and hateful about it
2) just treat people as people deserving of respect and a while smile and nod as you pass
