I’ve done meat free for my vegetarian framily. Used vegetable stock, plenty of onions and garlic, smoked sea salt and a dash of liquid smoke. They were the bomb dot com.

For thanksgiving I wash and roll too. Never knew the cut was called a “chiffonade,” it’s just what we did. Then onions, mad garlic, chicken stock, and smoked turkey. Not the full recipe. The full rec is protected proprietary property. 🤣🤣
