I deserve better. Others deserve better. The people interested in seeing more of me deserve better. Thoughts and discussion should be HEALTHY, damnit! Sick to death of offhand negativity and current world events and subposting and shit! I come here to have FUN, and this is NOT!

I just don't feel comfortable putting my stuff into a place where I know damn well that 'consuming' posts via scrolling is generally an unhealthy activity. If I myself don't like the medium my posts are presented in, then why should I believe that others would too?

I'm not leaving yet but I know deep down that some niche independent probably indie-hosted site will be my final frontier for my internet presence. Every day this just becomes more and more like Twitter 2, inbetween powertripping mods, provocative design and things i'd rather stay OUT of the loop on

Either the general social atmosphere of Bluesky has deteriorated due to becoming more mainstream and provocative or I'm getting fed up with large-scale social networks in general because I kinda don't like being here anymore.
