I’ve been following Palestine protests for a long time. I could be wrong, but this feels different. Protests in Italy are big and numerous. General strike already declared for Friday.

Loads of protests planned in the UK.

Spain, Greece, Germany, Belgium, Sweden either already happening or planned.

All countries that recently recognised the state of Palestine have publicly declared recognising Gaza as part of Palestine. This means that, legally, they must recognise that Israel kidnapped/ is kidnapping their own citizens in international waters while they were / are trying to reach Palestine.

There are multiple protests across Italy, Athens and Brussels and activists have just shut down Berlin’s main train station according to Al Jazeera

Supporting Israel will only get more costly for the countries that insist on continuing to back the genocidaires

Craig Murray, who served as the British ambassador to Uzbekistan from 2002 to 2004, said that Israel did not have proper jurisdiction to intercept and detain members of the flotilla. Murray also provides further legal analysis, claiming that Israel's actions are considered to be a genocide of the Palestinian people, and that Israel's blockade "is plainly a part of the machinery of such genocide." Murray also says that, due to the vessels being on international waters, Israel directly attacked the nations that had deployed the boats. "The Metropolitan Police and DPP have an obligation to investigate and act over the abduction of persons from UK flagged vessels on the High Seas," Murray writes. & Share

When I say kidnapped, I mean that Israel is, according to international law, currently abducting citizens of multiple countries including multiple elected representatives of European countries, Israel’s ‘allies’.
