This is a small-potatoes argument but I think it's true for a lot of other artists-- drawing erotica and getting to share it with you is an incredibly fulfilling part of my life as an artist and person and having that taken away would leave me with a void in my heart so vast it's hard to think about

Taking away what was essentially my childhood to adulthood hobby is like watching your parent rip up that drawing you made of your family. My hobby is art, both SFW and NSFW. I do what I do because it makes me happy. I feel free, and, most importantly, it's how I'd like to live my life.

When I used to draw in my high school days, many were shocked to see the range of body types and expressions I shared, despite my limitations. I give that same energy in my work of gposes in XIV, thanks to the tools provided.

I loved making art since I was young, and improved due to life events.

This is not small potatoes. Sex and eroticism are a natural part of being human. Expressing it fun. Sharing it is fun. It's an extension of being alive

As much as these things are a threat to our livelihoods and privacy censorship of art is a hollowing-out of the human soul too

Unlike paypros, most reps actually do see emails if they're about one thing. Title your email something like STOP KOSA AND SCREEN and that helps their helpers know instantly what you're about. Be as direct as possible.

People need to keep in mind this is the line. The reason we have such a breadth of styles and niches of adult content now is because people can make a living off of it. If we have our incomes demolished, 90%+ will have to stop and disappear. Action matters now more than it ever has before.

I think it needs to be pointed out as well that Visa is clearly losing money off these calls clogging their systems and still thought it was worth the money to re-train their employees/contractors. They're not scared enough to drop the issue altogether, people need to keep calling and snail-mailing.

If you got shut down and got a name, say you were disconnected and get it escalated. Then continue the attack.

I'm seeing less posts about the Visa and Mastercard situation and I want to make it plain as day. You need to keep calling and bothering them, and losing them money.

Because if we lose this, they are going to cut more and more from what's available until you can only buy what they approve of.
