Have to admit I have done a U turn on this thing and actually getting quite excited to see it unveiled and driven. I do expect they are gonna tone back the nonsense rebranding though.

Now that is a freaking sweet motor.

It's full of crap 😂 once upon a time it had a car in there and now I can barely fit a bike in there. Summer project to empty the thing so we can use it properly again.

Fortunate enough to have a driveway with room for three cars and a garage too.. oh and having kids has obliterated my "fun cars" fund so now I am just a tired fat man driving a soul destroying diesel 😆 so no requirement for car storage any more.

I wish we lived out in the middle of nowhere USA sometimes... Plentiful land... Could have a yard full of cars and pay next to nothing for it!

I don't think consumers have got the narrative wrong at all? Memory prices are through the roof due to demand for data centers to run AI... which is why regular people are, rightfully, pissed off. The only people hyped for AI are the people peddling it, and those looking to profit from it.

E39 M5... Having to accept I will probably never own one now despite it being my all time grail. It sucks.

I had a Speedmaster Professional some years back before prices went berserk.. it was lovely. Regret selling it and never getting close to a watch of that calibre again :-(

I think for me it's just how vile some people can be. But then I remain pretty convinced it's a ploy by governments from Russia etc etc to post hateful shit as 'discourse' to try and get us all at each other's throats. But there are also just some horrible people out there too.

Having basically not seen you in person since school and college this is actually the only Ash I know!

Fingers crossed it gives the medical professionals all the information they need to make some good decisions about going forward and obviously also hope it turns out things aren't as hairy as they seem at the minute.

Found them for £2/each in a discount store in the summer and then was surprised to see what they were going for on eBay when I looked. But have been meaning to give you a shout about them since but figure a care package through the door might be more welcome at the moment.. anyway, let me know.
