Overview of 15 styles from MD System, my flagship sans-serif typeface. It’s available in 4 widths (the 3 shown here, plus a monospaced version), with 5 weights each, and matching italics. The design is influenced by 20th-century grotesks like Akzidenz and Helvetica, but designed to feel warmer and more human.

3D render highlighting the four optical sizes (Nano, Kilo, Mega & Giga) of MD Polychrome, my tribute to 1960s ‘digital-style’ typefaces.

A comparison between MD Primer, a typeface influenced by late-1800s sans-serif designs, and one of those designs (Gothic No. 2, from Cincinnati Type Foundry).

An alphabet of swash caps set in my latest release, MD Lórien. It’s a contemporary interpretation of Dutch baroque typefaces, an elegant serif intended to be readable but with a little more ornateness and sparkle than normal.
