#5 - Bloodborne

Decided to go back to this and finish it off. Some annoying bits, but overall a great game with a cool atmosphere. Thinking I should jump into my next Fromsoft game soon - I've only really dipped my toe in.

Decided to load up my old Bloodborne save and try finishing this off. I fell off of it at the Nightmare of Mensis.

#4 - Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows

The new Nightfarers and Nightlords are great. I like the additional towns and parts of the new map, but I HATE traversing the new map. One wrong move and your run feels over, sometimes.

Overall fun, but some issues.

I think you'll like the next one when you get to it too. Very similar but definitely has its own identity.

My person favourite is Griftlands, but I think the crowd favourite would probably be Wildfrost.

I love this game and the sequel! The writing, atmosphere, and music just hits perfectly for me.

I fell off of the first Heist, been thinking of going back. The second Heist game was a lot of fun, though.

I've played all three and really enjoyed them all. CC has an interesting mechanic where you combine decks. SQ is more story-driven, I like all of the Steamworld games. Wildfrost is cool too, interesting (and mean) replay mechanic.

I'd throw in Griftlands, Guild of Dungeoneering, and Roguebook.

Loved this, and excited to see what AdHoc Studio comes out with next. Great writing and acting, engaging cinematic story and choices, and a really satisfying central time-management mini-game.

A few weird story beats and bugs, but overall a great experience.

Loved everything about this - the world / story, art direction, music, combat and ability mechanics - just an incredible and heartbreaking experience from start to finish.

Sorry, I can't work today. I finished Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 last night, and it's all just a little too much.

#1 - The Unfinished Harauld Hughes by Richard Ayoade

A fictional account of making a documentary on the lost work of a famous playwright. Really enjoy everything Ayoade does, and the audiobook had an exceptional cast. Felt like a string of bizarre character sketches.
