It just takes one person to ruin a local area. This is clearly one person, each day, throwing their dog poo bags over this fence onto the tree. Do they think it’s amusing? A daily ritual? Challenge? I despair at the laziness and thoughtlessness of the few, ruining our local areas for the many.
