Dear Diner:
Just be a diner. Don’t renovate to try to look fancier or sexier or like something you’re not. Just be a diner. We love you for it, and we sometimes need a break from the “it” restaurants. Extra points for linoleum tabletops, vinyl booths, good coffee, and the definitive burger deluxe.

The "bluesky is an echo chamber" think pieces that keep popping up really tickle me because they show how certain people genuinely believe social media should be for debating and arguing and not talking about the things that make you happy and sharing art with the world.

If you’re ever surprised by how clueless we, as a people, appear to be sometimes, just remember that a scant 25 years ago The Blair Witch project came out and 90% of the population was like “holy shit is this REAL?!”

Bluesky feels like I took a Time Machine back to 2009 when I was still like “Hey this social media thing is going to make the world a better place.”

We are deeply appreciative of DJ Tommy Sparks & the entire NY Cosmos + NYC based CCFC community who introduced us to Josh Adejokun. We will always remember the care & dedication that went on behind the scenes to help Josh get settled in NYC. It is the camaraderie which makes the game beautiful
