I'm so sick of this shit happening to women, no one ever believes us. The system is always against us. This is not the first time ppl have complained about this guy & they've done nothing. They didn't even suspended him while they investigated.

A female colleague & friend has been experiencing sexual harrassment from a colleague for over a yr. She finally put in a grievance against him, they internally investigated & said she was lying (she isn't). So now she is quitting because she can't put up with it anymore. I hate it here (earth)

Nurses likes me (Infection Prevention & Control specialist) spend so much time trying to get staff to follow national policy by being bare below the elbows when giving clinical care, & not use gloves unnecessarily. It's so frustrating to see this.
