只有四个例外情况：房主许可，屋内肉眼可见正发生犯罪，危及生命或证据灭失的紧急情况，社区关照

这四个情况下可以不用法庭颁布的搜查证进入住宅。

社区关照指的是比如成年人突然死亡，屋里留下一个未成年的6岁小孩要照顾，这个时候警察考虑到“社区关照”可以进去。或者老年人长期失联，可能死在屋里了，也可以进去看看情况。
