Target may just stop carrying the Comic lines and focus on the exclusives. The comic figures are available everywhere so they do tend to sit more often.

I think they're just shrinking down the collectors spot, which is mostly dusty Funko Pops and peg warmers. I've found Neca turtles in the regular toy aisle so maybe that's where they'll be from now on
