Ascension

Almost finished my second week of classes at my new college (doing a 2D animation program this time) and I gotta say, its waaayyy better than my previous college, I'm truly learning here and the teachers are actually passionate about what they're teaching I'm excited to see how much I grow in a year

POTS person here: If you feel woozy, dizzy, or tingly even with drinking water, your electrolytes are probably off.

High sodium can fix it for short term. Think Pickle Juice, V8, or even just one of those tiny salt packets. Then work on other electrolytes like Potassium and Magnesium.
