Well CS is technically it's a mix of a RPG and a wargame, it was made by the same people who made BattleTech. However they never got around to expanding the RPG elements like with BattleTech.

Also Crimson skies is an interesting setting, it's a shame but also kinda a blessing that the current IP holders aren't doing anything with it (even though they still make models for it).
