On Tuesday, @uhpnhs.bsky.social had the pleasure of welcoming Bejoy Sebastian, President of the @rcn.org.uk.

Bejoy was greeted by our Plymouth Branch Chair, Stuart, and SRO Nikki for a busy day of meeting with members.

Nurses hint at escalation if profession is left ‘ailing and underpaid’ Experts warned over unsafe staffing levels.

Prof Ranger also told us she would not tell us not to strike.

We are prepared to ballot our members for strike action.

The world's largest nursing union has taken notice of the deliberate political shift. The resolutions passed at RCN Congress this week will call for immediate action, particularly on issues concerning our internationally educated colleagues.

Signed and shared. I haven't been this past winter precisely because the heavy rain and the sewage run-off that follows makes me super twitchy about what I'm swimming in. Year-round testing would definitely provide reassurance.

- Specialist suite for bereaved families, providing an improved environment for families who are suffering the sad loss of their baby.
