Now that my embroidery project is done, I can focus on learning how to use a #sewing machine. My first projects were a pair of Bluey pajama pants and a twirly dress for my daughter! I screwed up MANY times along the way but I learned a lot and I’m happy with how they turned out 😊

I ended up making a pattern with a pair of my daughter’s pajama pants to sew her a new pair. She loves them!

I think I’m going to go with the second link you shared for making her a dress, using this floral fabric she picked out 😊

My gift to Jelly Bean’s vet is complete.
Her cat, Scooch, had to be euthanized a week before Beanie’s treatment and she started a fund in his name. Scooch paid for Bean’s treatment and hospitalization and the vet set up a payment plan for the blood tests and X-rays 💜 so thankful for her

This is the first time in a long time I’ve actually laughed out loud at a post rather than just blowing air out of my nose

A bedroom with a bookshelf where all of the books from the bottom shelf and many books from the next shelf up have been thrown on the ground. Among the books are some puzzle pieces from two different puzzles and lacing toys. There’s a table with a Storypod on it, lit up with a blue ring to indicate it is on and playing songs. The floor lamp in the corner of the room is also on.

Nothing like waking up to the banging sound of my toddler throwing book after book onto the ground at 3:30am, complete with all the lights and her Storypod on 🙃

Great question. The answer is… everything? 😅 I sewed a pocket for my daughter’s library bag. I bought a pattern for a sewing mat bc I need a quick way to clean up and store things away from a toddler and 6 cats. But it’s a bit daunting. Clothes, baskets, pillows, & a cat hammock are on my list too

My husband got me a sewing machine for Christmas and I am overwhelmed with the massive variety of things I can make. The possibilities are endless, I don’t even know where to begin 😅 help

This is how Wolfpack prefers to use the litter box. Only one foot can touch the litter, the other three have to balance on the edge of the box. And then he scratches all around the floor and walls to “cover” his poop 🙃😂🤦🏼‍♀️ #cats @weirdlilguys.bsky.social

My cat’s specialty vet sadly had to euthanize her Sphynx cat, Scooch, a week before Jelly Bean’s treatment. She called me to say she was starting a fund in Scooch’s name and Bean was going to the first recipient. They paid for her treatment 🥹 I traced this and am going to #embroider it as a gift 💜
