US officials are not under that jurisdiction and I doubt ICC would give death penalty for taking part in illegal detentions even from countries that are under it.

I don’t think even china does that anymore. NK does it, dictators usually do that, but I don’t think no western country anymore has laws that allows that kind of punishment.

I don’t think there is many countries that executes their government officials and those are not countries where voting has any affect.
