Even though I believe there's subtext for bi Dean since the earlier seasons (like a man taking interest in him as early as s01e03), I think something actually shifted in s10e16 with this moment.

What's the moment that made you think "Dean is bi" with absolute certainty?

Huh, Sam thinks, maybe there's something there. Maybe his brother isn't completely straight after all.

But from then on, he starts noticing things... Like the way Cas only seem to disregard the personal space rule with Dean, or the way Dean acts when Cas doesn't return his calls. Or when Cas died, 𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑖𝑛, and Dean almost drank himself to death.

One day Eileen makes a comment on Dean and Cas and Sam is confused, baffled even, 𝘋𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, why is Eileen implying he and Cas are a thing?

My headcanon is that Sam has no idea that Dean is bi - yes, he's noticed Dean's unusual relationship with Cas (and maybe Benny), but he chalks that up to the fact that his brother cares very deeply, that he treats them like brothers.

Anyway, remember when Dean and Cas slowdanced at their impromptu wedding?
